Movetes Apparel Primed To Showcase Summer Collection At The PGA Merchandising Show

(SPRINGFIELD, NJ – January 13, 2020) — Movetes Apparel, a luxury brand and crossover collection of sophisticated sportswear, fusing fashion and sport, will be showcasing their summer collection at the PGA Merchandising Show, January 22-24. Movetes Apparel will be in booth #6446.
This year’s theme is all about play – JOUER Movetes! Movetes (pronounced Mo-VETTS) is a play on the French word, ‘vetements,’ meaning garments, and ‘jouer’ is French, meaning ‘to play.’
Movetes is led by President and CEO Monica Randolph and was founded in 2016 by personal trainer and golf advocate Maureen Carruthers and Co-Creator and Design Director, Judy Cohen, formerly with Ralph Lauren Purple Label. They created their first collection, start to finish, in 90 days, building the collection around the first design, an essential white pin tuck shirt they named, the ‘Cindy Shirt.’ The ‘Cindy Shirt’ features a buttery soft, bamboo cotton, body and sleeves, combined with a white cotton, pintuck front insert and crisp collar and cuff detail with shell pearl buttons.
This is the fifth straight year that Movetes will be exhibiting at the PGA Merchandising Show.

Signature pieces in the new JOUER Collection include a cotton-silk JOUER intarsia knit 3/4 sleeve polo, lightweight and breathable JOUER embroidered crewnecks, and custom print performance sunshirts. Also new to the collection is the London Legging Group— a ski-inspired, go-anywhere pant with side rib inserts and back pockets designed for play and travel essentials.
Several high-profile women are sporting Movetes including LPGA stars Julie Yang, Hanule Sky Seo, Annie Park; Sports broadcaster/author/businesswoman, Ann Liguori; Golf Channel personalities Bailey Chamblee and Alexandra O’Laughlin.
Retail prices range from $95 to $300.
