Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. We ask only that you give us clear feedback about the product, so we can make things better. If it's not what you expected, we'll take it back.

Movetes will gladly accept returns or exchanges of any full price, unworn, unwashed merchandise for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

Please allow up to two weeks to process returns or exchanges.

Products which are purchased on Sale or Clearance are not returnable.

Movetes accepts returns and/or exchanges from orders placed on the site. 

Movetes will gladly make a price adjustment within a 7 day window of purchase for goods which were purchased at full price.

Items purchased at a specialty retail store, country club, pro shop or any other store selling Movetes merchandise (physical location or online) can be returned only to that store.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements.

For returning an item purchased with a Gift Card, Gift certificate, or merchandise credit, the refund is issued as an eGift and emailed as soon as the return is processed.

Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirmation and process your refund within 5 business days. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1 to 2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.

Products

To ensure that your garment continues to perform to your expectations, we strongly suggest to please follow wash instructions as listed on the care label attached to the garment.

Movetes will continue to deliver new items that help you style your life.  Please create an account allowing us to notify you once new items are introduced on our site.

Orders

Orders are usually processed within 36 hours of receipt.  Express orders are processed on the next business day after receipt.  We will send you an email notifying you once your items have shipped with a tracking number for your reference.

Covid-19

To keep each other safe, each everyone is required to wear masks or face coverings at all times.

We encourage all employees to do a temperature check before coming into work and anyone who does not feel well to stay at home.

We keep disinfectant and personal protection equipment available and frequently disinfect all high-touch surfaces and have hand-sanitation stations throughout the offices.

We manage the number of people inside our offices and shipping location to maintain social distancing guidelines and ensure that everyone stays at least six feet apart.

Yes. Movetes is still able to ship orders during Covid-19.  For safety reasons, we have a limited number of associates allowed in each office in accordance with recommended guidelines and only one person handles each order from start to finish.
