If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue you a refund for your eligible merchandise returned within 30 days from the day your order ships. Items must be returned in original condition and include the original garment tags, poly bag and sales order receipt. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to try a different item or size, simply return your eligible original item(s) and place a new order. Expired and one-time-use promotions are not applicable toward new orders and will not be re-honored toward newly placed orders. Items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for return. Late returns are not accepted. No exceptions.
