Returns and Refunds

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange for eligible merchandise that is in new condition, with original tags, within 30 days from the day your order ships. 

  • Items must be returned in original condition and include the original garment tags, poly bag and sales order receipt. Please note that a refund is not guaranteed if the merchandise is found to be damaged, missing, or shows signs of wear.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from any returns.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receipt. 

  • Expired and one-time-use promotions are not applicable toward new orders and will not be re-honored toward newly placed orders.

  • Items purchased on Final Sale are not eligible for return.

  • No returns or exchanges on international orders.
  • Late returns are not accepted. No exceptions.
